„Hello, I’m Federico Giudiceandrea. I produce extra virgin olive oil following an ancient family tradition passed down from generation to generation. From harvesting to pressing to bottling, every step is carried out with the utmost care to ensure a premium product.“

The olives are processed within 12 hours of harvesting to preserve their organoleptic and nutritional qualities. The pressing is cold, using traditional methods combined with modern technology.
