Dolce di Rossano is a native olive variety from the Calabria region in southern Italy, specifically from the province of Cosenza. It is primarily cultivated along the Ionian coast and in the central Tyrrhenian area.

The olive oil obtained from Dolce di Rossano has a mild, fruity taste with subtle notes of grass, tomato, and almond. It has a low bitterness and spiciness, making it especially pleasant for consumption.
